When you begin to stress take as little as 5 to 10 minutes to be alone and go to a nice, quiet location. focus on positive things while breathing steadily only letting positive thoughts enter your mind. You want to re-focus and put life in prospective. Most of the time the things we stress about are not really worth the wasted energy we dedicate.

So, don`t just practice yoga for the exercise or flexibility it offers you - get the most out of it and let it help you deal with the stress from your daily life.
