Yoga for Shoulder and Arm Pain
Before taking any yoga class, be sure to let the teacher or instructor know of any body ailments or injuries you have so they can modify your individual yoga practice for you. Focus on gentle, restorative yoga poses that do not push your body beyond what is comfortable. You will definitely want to avoid Downward dog, Headstands, Shoulder Stands, Fish pose, and any other poses or asanas that would add strain to your shoulder or arm.
