Yoga for Abdominal Strength
Yoga can help you develop the perfect balance of abdominal strength, suppleness, relaxation, and awareness. Keep in mind however, that no exercise will "spot reduce" your muscles. That is, you cannot work one area of your body and expect it to reduce specifically. You can however, "spot train" an area, like your abdomen. Yoga and pilates offer several abdomen strengthening exercises.
