Bikram Yoga practitioners suggest that this form of yoga is actually a helpful tool in getting your body ready for pregnancy and may even aid in fertility. If you are new to the form, begin practicing as soon as possible, at least 6 months to one year before conception depending on how regularly you can devote yourself to your practice. It is important to consult your doctor first. Keep in mind that Bikram Yoga does not increase your core body temperature, just as being outside in the summer does not change your core body temperature. If you are already practicing and trying to get pregnant, the best method is trial and error. If after a period of time you are still not conceiving, then take a break until you do. Remember: You can begin again once you are pregnant, with modifications.
