Gaiam Tip: The proliferation of yoga videos and yoga DVDs has extended to include special practices for medical conditions. You can find instructional books, videos, and DVDs with practices yoga for asthma, yoga for arthritis, yoga for back pain, and even yoga for fertility (but we’re not making any promises). You can find videos or DVDs for more general yoga practices at all levels, too, including those by “celebrity” gurus such as Wai Lana or Rodney Yee. But celebrity isn’t everything. Review your choices and you’ll discover a video or DVD that works for you.
If you don’t want to spend too much on videos or DVDs for specialized conditions or for any yoga videos or DVDs, don’t underestimate the power of eBay. Especially if you still have a VHS player that plays videos, you may be surprised at what you can find.
